Verify that the paper / media you are using meets with the printer's specifications. Many print quality issues can be traced to incorrect paper being used or the paper being loaded incorrectly in the trays.

1. From the printer's front panel, select Menu, then scroll down using the down arrow button to Support Menu and press OK.
2. Use the down arrow to scroll to Print Quality? and press OK.
3. Scroll down to Print Paper Tips Page and press OK. Media / paper specifications, paper tips and trays 1 - 3 and the multi-purpose tray setup instructions will be printed.
